Charlie Fraser
Director
With over 35 years of event experience, when it comes to bringing your event vision to life, there is no one more experienced than Charlie.
Charlie established Seriously Cool Events over 25 years ago and has since made it one of the leading Corporate Event Suppliers. She is a fountain of knowledge; her energy and passion for her job shines through each and every event.
As well as being a successful businesswoman, Charlie’s love for sport and global travel gives her the USP when it comes to all the outdoor events we offer. She has grown up on the water, slopes, and a horse; through her work and hobbies she has travelled the world!
Charlie is an expert when it comes to all water sports as she has been sailing since the age of 3. Charlie has also ridden since she was a girl and took up playing Polo over a decade ago.
Bradley Dommett-King
Sales and Marketing Manager
Bradley brings a wealth of experience both in business development and in polo!
Bradley’s career started working in the polo industry, where he developed a love for the game and for client entertainment. After 5 years he transitioned into the world of sales and business development.
Full of ideas and enthusiasm, Bradley is always keen to chat to clients about their next event and will always find way to help others.
Can usually be found either in the office or in a field with the horses!
Jess Balfour
Events and Social Media Manager
Jess is driven by a love of adventure, great experiences, and bringing people together. With a background in hospitality, she has always believed in the power of creating moments that leave a lasting impression — whether through a perfectly delivered corporate event or thoughtful, personal touches.
Her interests lie firmly in the outdoors. A lifelong horse rider, she spends much of her time with her horse, Monty, and has recently taken up polo — a fast-paced and challenging sport that combines her passion for horses with her love of competition. She is also an avid skier, always seeking new slopes and fresh challenges. When not on land, Jess enjoys spending time out on the water sailing.
Away from the saddle and the slopes, Jess is a keen follower of Formula 1 and motorsport, drawn to the speed, precision, and strategy that echo her approach to work. Whether organising a corporate event or exploring new destinations, she is committed to making every experience truly memorable.
Annie Stafford Northcote
Marketing & global Events Assistant
Annie is ex private super yacht crew with many years of experience circumnavigating the globe, looking after families and celebrities on board with a six-star service.
After an around the world trip, she settled back down in the UK to have a family and is now a mum of 5 children.
She runs a very busy household but absolutely loves being back on the water every summer with us for our VIP hospitality days.
Her global contacts and knowledge in high end service means that she adds fantastic value to our Seriously Cool Global team.
Rafferty
Rafferty is our emotional support dog in the global office! Being a pint-sized pup means he gives our company bonus points for being so cute. He gives the best face washes for those early morning events, and provides effortless cuddles all day, every day in the office.
However, the emotional support goes both ways, and when Rafferty was a pup he was an only child, and that didn’t suit his needy behaviour. Therefore, Charlie ended up buying the puppy another puppy so he also had an emotional support buddy!
Mini Cooper
Cooper is Rafferty’s best bud, and he is the loudest voice here at Seriously Cool Global Events. He has befriended every delivery man and therefore makes a terrible guard dog, but he makes up for it by being low maintenance in the office. Although, when he was teething as a puppy he did chew through the internet cable in the office which was not very good for business!
His favourite trick is climbing onto Charlie’s chair when she is working and carefully untying her hair scrunchy and then running off to take it to his basket. All the boys keep us on our toes and provide us with much entertainment in the office!
Rolo
Rolo is a package deal with Bradley and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
The most cuddle-demanding dog you’ve ever met. Favourite party trick is climbing onto the desk!
